The natural practices shared in these classes/workshops are intended solely for educational purposes and to enhance general health, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.  Nothing should be considered as medical advice for dealing with a given problem.  You should always consult your health care professional for individual guidance for specific health concerns.

I hereby, on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, waive and release all rights and claims for damages I may have against YogaCaps, Inc. and all Event Presenters, Volunteers and Vendors, their parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) for any injuries I allegedly incur as a result of my participation in any of YogaCaps’ classes and workshops, whether caused by the Releasees’ NEGLIGENCE or any other person or cause.  I am in good physical condition.  I authorize my photo/image to appear in YogaCaps’ marketing materials.
