About Terry
Terry Gupta, MSW, RxYT, ERYT500
Terry Gupta believes that we are here to love and serve. Her deep knowing that each person makes a difference manifested in over 30 years of senior management positions in the nonprofit sector in the Greater Boston and Southern NH area.

She has extensive corporate training, community mobilizing, program development, business development,  special events and therapeutic yoga/meditation experience. She serves now as a consultant, wellness specialist and content developer, and as the co-founder and director of YogaCaps, Inc. and co-founder of RxRelax, LLC.

YogaCaps, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that brings therapeutic yoga experiences to people experiencing chronic physical and mental health conditions.  RxRelax brings medical knowledge and integrative medical practices together to make healthy choices and help reverse lifestyle disease conditions. With programs in NH hospitals and community centers, YogaCaps is the largest, most established service of its kind in New England.

In 2014, she was honored by Citizen's Bank and the State of NH with a Good Citizen Award for dedicating her time to strengthening the community, and through her service, inspiring others to make a difference.

With a keen focus on health and well-being, Terry delivers wellness programs for all levels of staff in a full range of industries across the United States. She has coached senior level professionals from top companies in the New England region. She is a guest faculty member for basic and advanced yoga teacher training programs. She is also the co-creator of a number of wellness practice tools, including: Subtle Yoga for Rejuvenation, RxRelax for Insomnia and Relaxation Capsules.

Terry has a Master of Social Work degree from Boston College. She is an internationally trained yoga professional, having studied with yoga masters, both reknown and renounced, in India, South America and the US, as well as some of the top medical researchers on yoga.
