YogaCaps Activities - Workshops, Yoga Classes in MA and NH

Dear Friends,

On this special weekend, we'll be joining thousands of people in yoga studios around the world who observe this global event for peace. So many people creating a space for peace, feeling the peace, and intending and extending peace!

As you know, our personal schedules make this event much smaller than last year's... but concentrated energy has much power. During the three hours, we will engage in three practices: mantras (chanted and sung), antar maun and the deeply transforming yoga nidra. Our aim is to journey toward freedom from material attachments and pave the path to the blessed silence in which we find the very seeds of peace and potential. Prepare your sankalpa (intention) and be ready to immerse into the experience! Afterwards we'll enjoy some veg refreshments.

There is no cost to attend. Any donations will be sent to purchase (1) vitamins and basic medications for villagers in a rural part of India that we had an opportunity to serve and (2) supplies for a special ceremony for the peace of the world being held in Richmond, VA during the weekend of 9/25. If you cannot attend the Global Mala but would like more information about these projects, please let us know.
