We have been providing RxRelax
Yoga Therapy for people of all ages since 2006. A session lasting 1 to 2 hours results in a "Yoga Capsule" that has the power to enhance lifestyle and improve health. It may also include a review of medications by a licensed pharmacist. Our clients have been able to eliminate or reduce medications for: allergies, depression, diabetes, GERD, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, insomnia and sinus issues.

Cost: Initial consultation is $200 for up to 2 hours. Follow-up sessions at $120 per hour. Upon request, we have a sliding scale.

RxRelax Yoga capsule is a set of "yoga techniques" that is easy to learn, easy to do and helps work toward a desired outcome. Each of the techniques may include a single aspect of practice or unique combination practices.

Yoga capsule is
custom-made and "dispensed" for individual needs. Introductory consultation may last upto 2 hours, while routine practice of these capsules ranges from 15-30 minutes per session on average. We are also developing RxRelax to meet general needs for some of the above-mentioned disease conditions.
