Align with the Divine you are a walking grid of grids!
Our very bodies are the temples and pyramids that we seek as spiritual pilgrims throughout the globe! Align the sacred site of your own body with specific cosmic energy addresses that heal, manifest, marvel and resonate in the unity of all creation! You will: (1) explore gentle body alignments to become a human antennae for the frequencies you want to play; (2) make time-tested sounds with mantra that create specific aura and (3) 'travel' meditatively though the use of yantra to specific longitudes and latitudes in the universe.
